The opening of Legacy Promenade at Piedmont Park introduced Atlanta to a one-of-a-kind luxury event destination set in the heart of the city's most iconic green space. Framed by sweeping Midtown skyline views, the promenade is a flexible outdoor setting designed for beautifully tented celebrations, with the ability to host up to 600 guests in a fully customized environment. Bold Catering & Design was honored to help bring this vision to life through elevated culinary experiences and thoughtful event design that complemented both the natural landscape and the sophistication of a high-end city celebration.
Unlike a traditional venue, Legacy Promenade begins as open green space and transforms into a bespoke event environment with tenting, lighting, flooring, florals, and layered design elements. For the opening celebration, the goal was to showcase the full potential of the promenade as a luxury canvas. Guests arrived to the striking contrast of lush park surroundings and modern skyline views, setting the tone for an evening that felt distinctly Atlanta. Inside the tented space, refined décor, custom flooring, and curated lounge moments created warmth and intimacy while still embracing the scale of the setting. Every detail was chosen to highlight the promenade's versatility and its ability to host everything from elegant weddings to large-scale galas.
Bold's culinary presentation matched the grandeur of the setting — elevated, artful, and designed to impress at scale. Beautifully composed stations and abundant displays invited guests to explore while adding visual impact throughout the event. With a focus on presentation as much as flavor, the culinary experience felt luxurious yet welcoming, reinforcing Bold's belief that guests truly eat with their eyes first.
From arrival to farewell, the guest experience was designed to feel seamless and five-star. Midtown accessibility, nearby hotels, and the open flow of the promenade allowed for effortless movement and a natural event rhythm.
